The hotel was just next to the subway and within walking distance to a shopping mall. The new subway line being built in the area will make transportation even easier. The breakfast was fantastic. Turkey dinner was great, the mashed potatoes were creamy. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which had a nice view of the city.

The pool was freezing, we couldn't swim at all. The bathroom sliding door kept coming off the tracks.

stayed for two days in a clubroom with exceptional club staff. Lounge had amazing sea views. Food and drinks were nice, and the hotel's super location was a bonus for exploring Qingdao.

The hotel is in a prime location, right downtown and across from the massive MIXC mall. It's just a few minutes' walk to the May 4th square where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The housekeeping staff even arranges stuffed animals for the kids, adding a cute touch to their stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including steamed eggs and refreshing juices. There is also a small play area for children and a helpful concierge staff.

Some guests have mentioned maintenance issues in their rooms, such as mold stains on the roof and broken chairs.
